We look forward to you visiting us on our boat in Paddington Basin.
We love the calm and tranquility, as well as the unusual nature of the work environment which encourages us to think differently.
Our barge is named Fleming, after Alexander Fleming, discoverer of Penicillin, which as the forerunner of modern antibiotics is arguably medicine’s single most important discovery.
Fleming made the (accidental) discovery in his lab at our near neighbours, St Mary’s Hospital.
At Hope, we aim to help people make ‘a dent in the universe’.
We’re glad to have this connection to Alexander Fleming as an inspiration.
