Sara Kyte

Sara is the founder of Kyte Lester Appointments, which offers specialist recruitment services and consultancy for the not-for-profit sector.

She previously worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant for CfA Executive Search and Selection (2005-2014). Prior to that, she enjoyed a long career in the charity sector as Fundraising Director for Norwood (a national children’s charity), World ORT Union (an international education charity) and World Jewish Relief (a humanitarian aid charity). As a Fundraising Consultant she worked with the Scout Association.

Sara’s extensive assignment history includes Chief Executives, Directors, middle and senior Managers, and Trustees – including Chairs and Treasurers.
