Vivienne has been and continues to be a ‘player’ in the voluntary sector. As a past Chief Executive and now a Consultant, she has experience in strategic planning, change management, lay professional relationships, coaching and mentoring, team building, and fundraising. With over 30 years in the voluntary sector, Vivienne has a wealth of experience of how organisations work, what makes them successful and what holds them back.
